what is Hopelessness

 HOPELESSNESS 
If you are depressed you may get thoughts that make you feel hopeless . Unfortunately , some individuals who feel intensely hopeless about their future begin to think that they cannot carry on . In order to keep yourself safe through these difficult times, it is important to remember that the automatic thoughts that are making you feel hopeless can be tackled through the same techniques as those used for anxiety or depression . What evidence is there for thoughts ? What alternative ways of viewing your situation are there ? What activities could you undertake right now to alleviate these feelings, even for a short time ?
If you really cannot overcome your hopelessness it is important to talk to someone else . This becomes vital if you have any associated idea about harming yourself . If these thoughts flood your mind and you are felling too down to tackle them alone , please seek help .
KEEP GOING AND SEEKING HELP 
Even with practice , there will be times when it is very difficult to use the techniques , you may find it hard  to focus on thoughts , to write things down , or to take action . It does take an enormous effort to start using these approaches .
 If you are struggling  to implement these strategies , can anyone offer you support in your efforts? Even someone offering encouragement to try  self- management approaches may help you get started . Other approaches to the management of depression , such as professional input from mental health  and self medication with anti - depressants , are also important .

THOUGHTS IN YOUR MIND

 MODIFY UNHELPFUL OR DYSFUNCTIONAL THOUGHTS 
The most common automatic  thoughts that accompany a downswing are negative thoughts about yourself , your world and your future ( sometimes called negative cognitive trial ) which is associated with depressed mood , although the negative prediction about the future are also associated with anxiety . Irritability is also a prominent emotion in highs and lows , particularly in response to perceived criticism of what you do . Negative mood states can be alleviated temporarily by distracting yourself from the thoughts . However , to achieve lasting reduction in your depression and anxiety , it helps to be able to recognize and record , review and respond to your unhelpful automatic thoughts.
RECOGNIZE AND RECORD AUTOMATIC THOUGHTS 
it is not easy to identify thoughts immediately as they run through your mind , and it will take some practice .The two key elements that will help are to note down exactly what you were doing when you noticed that your mood changed, then to record how depressed or anxious you felt on 0 - 100 scale . it is difficult to to describe what your where doing throughout the day , what thoughts where gong inside your mind . try closing your eyes and recreating the scene in your imagination . Ask yourself the following questions :
- what thoughts , memories , images do I have ?
-What thoughts do I have about other people ?
-What thoughts am I predicting they have about me ?
-What do any of these thoughts say about me or my situation ? And about other people
- If it were true, what does this idea mean about me ? Or about others ?
-What am I afraid of right now ?what bad events or outcomes am I predicting
Now fr this list try identifying what are the useless thoughts that  go through your mind rate them from 0- 100 . after rating pause and remind yourself that just because this is the first idea that came into your mind or the one you believe the most .before moving to explore your thoughts it is helpful to make sure  they accurately reflect  your immediate reaction to the situation . you may be tempted to be tone down  a statement  to make it less painful . unfortunately , techniques for modifying dysfunctional thoughts are probably more effective  if you deal with raw  rather than the polite version . for example " i am bad {or " i am no good " are clear negative automatic thoughts that would make you feel down , whereas " i began to think i wasn't very nice " or " i thought i did not do that  very well " do not convey the reality  of thoughts or depth of feeling .
REVIEW YOUR AUTOMATIC THOUGHTS 
Try selecting the one that you believe most strongly , or the most extreme idea , and then review it is detail by working through the following stages . EXAMINE THE EVIDENCE : Stick with factual evidence , not feelings , intuition , or hearsay . Next , write down all the evidence that does not support your automatic thoughts . To get started note anything that contradicts your thoughts , no matter how small . if you are still struggling , think about what you would say to someone else if they asked for your views of the evidence for and against the idea . You  could also think whether you have any past experience that support or refute your idea . having collected evidence for and against  your automatic thought, is there any room for doubt that it is right ? if you are still not sure , identify any additional source that will help you reach a conclusion ? what could you experiment  to test out the idea yourself ?
THE ALTERNATIVES 
 Questions that may include :
- what other views could i take of the situation ?
- would i view the situation differently if I felt better ?
- have I any experience of similar situation ?
- what might someone else think in this situation , particularly someone who is not depressed ?
ADDITIONAL STRATEGIES
Question to yourself like :
- Are there any advantages to holding this views ? Are there any disadvantages ?
-Can I identify any particular pattern of thinking errors , e.g. overgeneralize
- Am I talking all the responsibility for a situation ? Can I take more balanced view , where I take some but not all of the responsibility  for what has occurred ?
- Finally , if my original idea an accurate reflection of the situation , what is the most constructive  and helpful action I can take ?
RESPONDING TO YOUR AUTOMATIC THOUGHTS
 - re - rate the intensity of your emotional  response ? It is unlikely  that your depression will have disappeared , but you may be able to rate your  feeling less negatively . Finally review the outcome of working through this process . What have you learned ? Is there any other action you can now take to help your future in modifying this thought ?
- if there is no change in your mood state , consider whether there is any other powerful thoughts operating that you have not yet examined . If so . it is worth rating the process , targeting the new thoughts.
-lastly , it is important to use these cognitive techniques alongside the practical techniques outlined in the previous section . The combination is likely to improve your mod state more than either approach alone .

The preliminary stage to get rid of depression is to first identify the symptoms of depression

SELF MANAGEMENT OF DEPRESSIVE EPISODES

If depression is not dealt in preliminary stage then it  can lead to massive  problems , t solve this problem first we have to identify the problems as in what activities lead to depression and what are the symptoms by which we can identify depression 
The key unhelpful activities of individual depression are :
- avoidance , particularly of activities that give them a sense  of pleasure or achievement
-withdrawal 'particularly from social situation that may offer support
-procrastination - being unable to start or complete tasks , or solve problems
It is easy to understand how these difficulties increase individuals negative views of themselves and further depress them . However it  is  often to break this cycle . Fortunately building on previously learned techniques  is a useful way to start . there are two main approaches - activity scheduling ( including social interaction )
- step by step approaches to tasks  and problems
UNABLE TO FACE ANYONE
individuals who are depressed frequently say that they doubt whether other people like them or want to send time with them . Negative thoughts such as ' i am boring ' or ' they wouldn't want to be with me if they knew what I WAS REALLY LIKE' ARE COMMON . THESE thoughts are powerful and not easy to challenge . when they are combined with low activity levels . it is easy to understand how  individuals become socially isolated however it is necessary to try to retain contacts  with outside world . keeping in touch with people offer you a important SOURCE OF SUPPORT , OFTEN PROVIDES valuable external feedback  and reinforcement at a time when you are finding it hard to see yourself in a positive light .it is not easy to make social contacts if you fear being judged by others , or worry about letting people down by not being good company . but you can control the frequency  of social contacts and the pace of change . perhaps you could try to include one social interaction each day for the first few days , and then gradually as you begin to gain confidence .
- first , can you  generate a list of social contacts that you have previously enjoyed or that you think you might enjoy
- next can you note the name of anyone who usually MAKES YOU FEEL GOOD ABOUT YOURSELF
- FINALLY has anyone actually contacted you recently to arrange a social activity ?
the next step is to recognize the list in order , with the least stressful social contact  at the top list and the most challenging social event or engagement at the bottom  . for example the  top  part  of you list may look something like this
- buy a newspaper  and try to hold a brief conversation with the shopkeeper
- call Jane and have chat on telephone
- accept rosemary's  invitation to go to coffee
- take flowers round to Jackie who is at home recovering from flu
To help in early stages you could plan in advance ( as in third option here ) to set a time limit for the interaction ' as knowing the end point sometime helps reduce any associated STRESS . YOU COULD ALSO  REHEARSE SOME TOPICS OF CONVERSATION OR QUESTION YOU COULD ASK PEOPLE SO THAT YOU DON'T FEEL AT A LOSS FOR THE   WORDS WHEN YOU FIRST MEET
 some individuals prefer to recommence their social interactions by talking to people they don't know well and by keeping the conversation light ( talking about the weather , the news )
Other ;prefer to start by talking with or meeting people  trust and who know them well . there is no ' best approach' . Begin with social contacts that you feel most confident ( despite your depression )  you can undertake . as with other activity ' experiment', review your  progress , examine any changes in mood , and gradually work you way through  the list you have developed . 

What kind of depression you have and how to get rid of depression , Read it and find a solution to your problem

PSYCHOSIS : 
in any case whether depression or mania, a person may lose touch with reality and psychotic symptoms . this may include experiencing unusual sensations called hallucination such as hearing voices when no one is around or seeing things that no one else can see . the individual may develop abnormal belief  about themselves or their worlds termed delusion . the content of delusion is usually influenced by the individual mood state . in mania people frequently believe that they are special and have the power to change the world (e.g . they are special and have power to change the world  , they have special skills and they should fly to NewYork to negotiate world peace )in depression people have a very negative outlook , often holding the conviction that they are evil and are responsible for many of the injustices in society .psychotic symptoms usually subside as the individual moods  returns to normal . although relatively rare , these symptoms can cause great concern, especially if the person is unable to recognize accept that their abnormal beliefs are a product of their mental state and not a reflection of reality. in such extreme situations, treatment in an impatient setting is frequently recommended .
Treatment
physical treatment : it means to use  medication , although it also include techniques such as electro convulsive technique . acute treatment aims to reduce the intensity of current symptoms , and the longer term phase , when the aim is to prevent recurrent episodes of mood swings
medication for depression are almost same but in case of  hypo mania respond to lower doses .
Admission to hospital 
if a person experiences an episodes of mania that is totally out of control and unresponsive to treatment , or a severe depression accompanied by psychotic symptoms or intense suicidal ideas they are almost need to be admitted to hospital 
Electro-convulsive therapy 
a small proportion of those individual admitted to hospital may be so unwell that they also need treatment with ECT .A longer term treatment is prescribed  with mood stabilizer to reduce the severity or frequency of mood swings . the commonly used mood stabilizer are lithium,valporate .
No treatment option :
if you do not want to go through any kind of medication then here is a solution to no treatment , it is important to take the decision in coll mind rather than in depressive mood the first and most important is to view the treatment - free period as an experiment . this has many advantages , not least that it keeps the door open for a return to treatment without such decision being viewed by you or anyone else as a ersonal failure . also try to know how and when will you know whether it is a no treatment experiment has been successful or not .self assessment is necessary
Important 
-review your decision by making a list of the advantages and disadvantages of this choice 
- carefully consider if there is anything that someone might do that would change your mind , if so , go to talk to them 
- talk to people who know you , and ask for their views on the advantages or disadvantages of hat you propose 
 - if you cannot talk to someone you know well . seek advice or support from a self-help organization for individual with manic depression 
-try to identify someone you trust with whom you  would be prepared to speak regularly to review your mood state ad how you are copying 
-try to regularize your day to day pattern activity and keep a record of your mood and any other symptoms you experience so that you can assess your progress 
- avoid non- prescription drugs , excess consumption of alcohol , caffeine or other stimulants 
-read about manic depression and try to assess how like you are experience a long symptoms free period and what will protect you against relapse 
- agree on  a plan with the person about what you will do if the experiment is unsuccessful things are going badly , or you experience a recurrence of symptoms  best of all write down the plan in details and both keep a copy .



MOOD SWINGS

MOOD SWINGS
The problematic mood swings are unpredictable , frequently fluctuating but without obvious precipitants , uncontrollable, emotional responses that seems inappropriate reactions to event and are beyond your control ; exyreme , with mood always experienced as intense highs or lows ; excessive , with very frequent ups and downs occurring for  many years
Extensive, marked changes of mood that last long time
Accompanied by associated changes, in your thoughts, the way they behave, and possibly in the biological system that impact on day to day functioning
Distruptive to lives, causing significant problems for the individual experiencing them and / or for others
Different Types of Mood Disorders
If your mood swings have most of these characteristics it is possible that you have mood disorders. the major difference between mood disorder and other forms of mood swings is that mood disorders tend to show a consistent pattern of symptoms that occur together whenever a significant mood disturbance occurs . Also the changes persist for prolonged periods of time. The most common mood disorders are: dysthymia (chromic minor depression)
Major depressive disorder (unipolar disorder)
Manic – depressive disorder (also called bipolar disorder)
Dysthymia and major depressive disorder are characterised by a depressed mood with ‘highs’. The depression interspersed with periods of normal moods. It has less severe symptoms than major depressions, but there are relatively few periods of normal moods. Furthermore the feeling of sadness is very persistent, occurring virtually every day for two or more years. Not surprisingly, individuals with dysthymia frequently report a lack of self confidence and low self esteem. The term manic depression ecompasses a number of syndromes characterised by both downswings and up swings. I individual with bipolar 1 disorder experiences episodes of major depression and mania and dysphonic mania, person are high but also irritable, impatient and agitated
How to find Depression and Mania
Depression
Depressed moods or loss of interest or pleasure in this you used to enjoy
 This must last at least 14 days. This change should be accompanied by 5 of the flowing symptoms:
 Reduced interest, fatigue, or agitation
Insomnia or increased sleep (hypersomia)
 Significant weight loss or gain
 Reduced or increased appetite
 Reduced ability to think or concentrate or indecisiveness
 Feeling of worthlessness, recurrent thoughts of death
The symptoms cause significant distress and / or impair social, occupational or other important areas of functioning
Mania
Distinctly abnormal and persistently elevated expansive or irritable mood.
 This must last at least 7 days. This change should be accompanied by 3 of the following symptoms;
Increased in goal directed activity
 Excessive investment in pleasurable activities
Reduced need for sleep
More talkative than usual with a pressure to keep talking, subjective experience of thoughts racing
Increased self-esteem
Grandiose idea these symptoms should substantially impair functioning or require that the person is hospitalized.

Changes in our life

Every changes brings changes in our mind, Behaviour and our way of thinking

Our parents and our  guardian says that when we were small ( kids ) we where good by nature and would obey our parents and do things as our parents would tell us .we where one of our parents favourite at that time as we were innocent and even as a child we cared for our parents as we felt protected  in their arms and can’t think of harming them even , but still different child had different nature , as we grow up different hormonal changes takes place inside our body and it ultimately affect our mind our way of thinking and our response to each and every situation .
When we grow up and look up to the changing society  we get fascinated by the modern trends and the materialistic things of others and we desire to get those things that others have and we don’t have and we force our parents to buy those things for us which our neighbour or friends have and to match the society we want such things from our parents which is not possible for them to give us and our parents understands better than us what is good and what foe us , but as we grow up our longing for things become so important for us that we think that whatever we are thinking about us is right for us and what elders are thinking about us is wrong and thus we tend to follow a wrong path , and this is the time when we feel that our parents our not giving space in our life and we start disobeying them and once we do that our parents become strict with us and start limiting every facility in our life and we think that our parents are becoming our enemy and we think that those people who agree to what we say is our best friend , is the one who loves us .
When we start going to the school   we don’t realize that we have step up in a different world , which we slowly change our life and bring different changes in our way of thinking , we will gain experience in life from better to worst and learn lots of lesson and slowly realize that the ones who had given us birth and kept us protected in their arm where the true person in our life and the rest are fake person . when we enter school there are some things which drives us more close to new person in life , our friends and draws us apart from our parents , the changes that takes place in our life till we reach the puberty age are , we start living in a community where we get exposure to meet both opposite sex , when we do friendship we don’t realize the emotions that will capture our heart and mind , initially it continues to me a normal innocent friendship but slowly when we get the exposure of h entertainment world where every reality has been edited into a dream world , a world which helps us to imagine , it can be any kind of movies starting from love story , friendship e.t.c and thus we start imaging that our real life is going to be the same as that of the life of theatre .And slowly we get attracted to the opposite sex and slowly we get into some common habits like chatting for longer time , roaming around with friends , sharing our feelings , these common habits are we consider to be very common but these same things are opposed by our parents and they give negative reply to whatever we do and ultimately we  feel scared to share any feelings with our parents and make those topics  secret of our life and only share with friends and not with parents and thus we long for enjoying our life , thus as we gradually grow up and become adult we become matured and even our instinct to know about other things like society and about the function of human body increases  know as schopophilia where a man desires to know the body functions of men and women , thus gradually our imagination takes a certain height where we lack the emotional support and mental peace . As we feel more attracted towards the opposite sex ,we lack the emotional intelligence  and even lack concentration  and  thus when a child finds that their parents are not liberal and  they consider about feeling our emotions and our maturity as perverted things , then a distance is grown up between a child and their parents and then they stop sharing their personal life problems with them . Now this small thought a small change in latter’s behaviour brings changes in our life, whereby some people that become independent and some becomes more matured and practical, and some people they possess a very good mind of judging people.
A small change in society bring changes in people , whereby even now  parents prefer boy more than girl and where there are more than one sibling in society  and as we know that god has made every individual different from others , so the nature and desire and dream of every individual are different though they Have born in same family but they have different life , so if parents they think that all their children’s are going to have same career like rest of them then it will create a felling of enmity between siblings and they will find their siblings as their competitors , especially in the family where there is a boy parents starts comparing a boy and a girl child and shows that their son is superior than their daughter and slowly a small change in society or a small change in family situation , change in parents behaviour towards their child brings a huge change in their child’s nature , it is usually seen that a child whom their family used to consider inferior they not only become the successful person in life but also the best person and this generally happen as the child finds themselves isolated from family members and builds their self confidence to prove themselves that they are best .
When we start facing this wicked world then we realize that how each and every individual can will change you and make a impact in your mind and transform you to be a new person. When we look up to our society and desire to get some true friends like that shown in movies and desire for a happy and settled life getting what we want like our dream house , luxurious life , choice of our girlfriend and boyfriend but in reality this are not possible as ultimately at the end of the day we have to stand alone as we come face to face with the realty that people are very self-centered , selfish , to make their own life settled they spoil others family by doing betrayal and breaking the trust , backstabbing .Thus when this happens we bring out our aggressive behaviour and this leads to the feeling of  taking revenge and then we realize our true potential and start developing ourselves for doing better in  life and thus this changes brings changes in our mind , changes our way of thinking and ultimately changes our life .
Life is not what we imagine , life is what we face in reality  and dream to change that reality into positive way by applying it in practical life  and in our day to day working .Life is what we create by knowing the hard reality , the rough part of life . It is true that to do something big in life you have to face the worst reality in life which will ultimately motivate you to create something positive out of negative.
Sometimes thinking about your past is not wrong , it reminds you of what wrong you had done what are the  responsibilities you have left behind and that you should complete your responsibilities , it reminds you of your some happy memory which makes you smile when you are lonely and no one is there by your support ,it  makes you realize your mistake and makes you aware about not repeating it again .Our every day to day action brings changes in our lie and something we should remember is not to regret what we have done , not to regret even if we have done something wrong because our every action  , I repeat our every action every minute , every second of time is decided by god and the ladder of success comes with the chain of our day to day action starting from our childbirth .Last but not the least don’t imagine a person nature , a person action to be the same as what you imagine , as this is not possible in reality as we cannot predict someone mind so it is better not to think that everyone in this world will be good to you.

IT IS GOOD TO BE A UNIQUE PERSON RATHER THAN COPYING SOME ONE ELSE

It is a very common tendency seen in maximum people, the habit of comparing themselves with others and thinking that they are inferior and that it would be better if they looked similar to their friend, relatives or someone else with whom they are fascinated. Looking up to the Bollywood and the  Hollywood celebrity like Aishwarya Rai Bachchan , Sahrukh Khan , Shakhira , Angelina Joulie  the young women and men start comparing their life with others and desire to be  like them in their appearance , life style , and they think that if they follow their path of success  even they will be successful , but this kind of thought doesn't  applies to everyone , if you really want to e successful you have to be unique person  have a  different thought to achieve success , outwardly everyone life looks beautiful but in their real life even we don’t know that what kind of worst circumstances they go through and  now as compared to them we forget that we are living a happy life as compared to others . If we look up to the top businessman like Mittal , Ambani , rattan Tata , bill gates , marks Zuberg  and think that if we do the same thing what they have done and become successful then that’s wrong as their path of success  is only right for them and wrong for us  as it was their unique idea which has made them successful , every individual top business man has a idea different from others and that’s the reason why they are successful in different ways , and  different fields . The same thing is with us if we want to be a successful person in business or in media or in any other field, we should posses a idea different from others and have confidence to implement them  and stop demoralizing ourselves by comparing ourselves to others and feeling that we are inferior to others this nature gives  a negative wives in our whole career .
It often happens that we get pissed off and irritated by our life because of no reason , the only problem is we build our own problem and brood to others that we have such a disappointing life as compared to others , we curse god that he has given us such a life  where actually we are responsible for our faults , in such a wicked society we meet with loads of people and each and every person is selfish every person has a feeling of jealousy and  most of them breaks others trust and thus we spend most of our time in thinking about what others are doing , feeling jealous of  others  and thinking how should I spoil their work to make my way , thinking about taking revenge and so on and so forth and ultimately  the whole of out thinking and harming others leads to our own destruction . If we really want that we should b the tor and want to know what others are doing then it’s better to pay complete attention to our work think about ourselves , follow the right path in life and gain fame  then we will understand that i am standing at the top and my enemies , they are still struggling .
If the question is of how to get rid of the unwanted thoughts then the best way is to read lots  of story books ,  speak to yourself loud let the wall hear what you are  saying , but never speak within your mind as that is to suffocating , the next thing is get more involved in different works , think about good memories of your past and whenever IT HAPPENS THAT YOU ARE THINKING THAT YOU ARE INFERIOR TO OTHERS THEN  THE BEST THIN TO DO IS TO  LOOK YOURSELF IN THE MIRROR AND SAY THAT i AM BEAUTIFUL AND I AM THE BEST AND A WINNER , THIS KIND OF THINKING WILL GIVE P[POSITIVE ENERGY IN YOU LIFE AND YOU WILL FELL FREE TO MOVE FORWARD IN YOUR LIFE AND THEN  YOU WILL STOP COMPARING , COPYSING YOURSELF AS OTHER. When god has given every individual human with  intelligence then why should we try to copy ourselves like that of our friend, why can’t we remain what we are, be true to ourselves, be natural and not a carbon copy of other. If we try to remain what we are then we will feel confident about ourselves that I have my own unique nature different from others and that we are the best,  and then we will get to learn loads of things the most important is that we will follow our instinct and not others words and thus we won t get misguided in our lives .

Suicide

Why does suicide happens ? People think that suicide is the only way of getting rid of tension , getting rid of negative thoughts and burden in our head .It often happens that when a person don't have any work to do , and is lying idol , they go back to their past and regret their past , the go through some of the old photos, get absorbed in their past thoughts , about past relationship , their regrets of not getting something in their life , they think about some past revenges not taken , some people who had and who did not have importance in their life , and they get so much involved in that they give space to negativity , fell depressed , feels suffocated within themselves , they get irritated with their life as a result of this as they are not being able to find any solution to it they think suicide is the best way to deal with life , which in reality is wrong , committing suicide reveals your weakness , that you  don't have the will power to fight wit your life , to fight with bad things in life .
Some stories tell us that most of the suicide has taken place because people where completely heart broken of the situations like depression of not getting jobs , students think that they cant do anything in life as most of the i their own parent demoralize them so the students feels helpless , lack of family support , breakup in love , failure in life , peer pressure of friends and society .
The basic reason of suicide come in mind when we start thinking about certain things continuously , when we compare ourselves with others , when we give more importance to others and expect the same thing from others but in reality that is not possible . this is a selfish world , where mainly fake people exists should we should accept the reality as it is , and don't imagine about people those nothings which is not possible .
When young students and everyone starts comparing their material things with others and think that others are better than them . these people  who lack self confidence , think negative about them , they are the first one to commit suicide . Other reason is felling guilty of some thing , or having some kind of burden in their mind , which they are not being able to express thus they commit suicide .
being desperate to get something and not getting that , they start cursing themselves and think that if they give up their life then every tension is  gone , some people they  lack moral support , family support . When a suicide takes place then the family members are equally responsible for that , for many a times it is seen that when the head of the family or the children are not being able to fulfill the desires of the family members then family members tarts using slang language , pressurizing  them , cursing them , making them feel guilty and sometimes some parents even tell their child to go and die , this kind of negativity also has  bad impact on that person ,  and they commit suicide , thinking oneself  inferior to others  is the biggest mistake .
other problem is satisfaction , when a person is not satisfied with themselves they apply all kind of negative approaches in life to get it , which ultimately leads to depression .
There are some stories where people commit suicide because they had loved a person a lot and they ex expected same thing from them , but they did not get that , thus they think that they should commit suicide , giving up your life for someone else is foolishness , as everyone is selfish , and everyone thinks about themselves first and then others , the next story was about a girl who was not financially stable  and was not able to handle her family matters and she committed suicide , if you keep this thing in mind that in life there are loads of up and down , failure are part of life and even in those bad times if you handle failure with smile in your face you wont commit suicide . You should become more and more strong in your bad situation

FAMILY , Is very Family a Home Sweet Home

Its said that a complete family makes a person happy , makes him / her complete . But is it true in case of every ones  family , does everyone thinks that their home is home sweet home .Well  let me tell you one thing  none of the family is 100% perfect every family has different kinds of negative energy in their family as we tell that it is not necessary for every person to be compatible with everyone similarly everyone in the family are not compatible with each other , there are some family where children are not compatible either with their parents their brothers and sisters , other elder and junior members in the family .some people consider that problem arises only in larger family mainly joint family where there are larger members and it is very difficult for them to cooperate among themselves , each and every member is dependent on one another for work , thee arises the feeling of jealousy among the members , jealousy among children which arises due to either seeing education  prosperity , jealousy  among the  elder members due to prosperity in business  e.t.c .

Well this ind of problem not only happens in case of joint family but even in small families which comprises of very few members as in 2 or 3 members even ,  often it is seen that when a parents are not liberal or the relation ship of both the couples are not adjustable , then in such a family fights happening regularly is very common , mainly this kind of family  is a family where male dominated the female and females are given least respect , in some family it is been seen that when there is no prosperity in financial matter and in business , the males they generally get into their habit of drinking  regularly going to bad places for their joy , they enjoy company of other women than their own wife , and when they come back home the only thing they do is to beat their wife on regular basis and uses abusive languages for both children and mothers , the common slang language they use for their wife  and children is prostitute , or that they go and do sex with other boys , they doubt heir children in every single thing  and even term them as bad and raise  question on their character , this kind of men don't   mind sleeping with other women and making sex as their daily food , and wasting their  money and making their family suffer loss , not paying money for education or clothing , they don't care for their family , they don't have the guts to fight with people outside the house but only with people inside the house  , that's their biggest weakness . They consider alcohol as their best friend and slowly they start hating those people who moves forward them in their carer and likes to make friendship with low grade , down market people as their thoughts are even down market .and then they take out their frustration by torturing their family members .

The other kind of family is where girls are considered as mean  , girls are thought to be bad if they wear short dresses   questions are raised against them , and thus in some family some girls are not sent to co educated colleges . in this situations a child becomes more aggressive and consider their parents as their enemy , and thinks mentally either o kill them or throw them out of house as a sense of revenge .
the education and concentration capacity of child is even lost , mind gets diverted to other area and some positive aspects are they become more practical in their life , becomes emotionally strong and learn how to fight bad situations in life .

The other kind of family is joint family where a person  feels irritated of constant poking of nose in others personal life , thus they feel that no privacy is left in their  life , their i lack of space in their life and they want freedom like birds. Other kinds of families are where people are disappointed about the fact they don't have a son ,  and some even though they have more then  1 daughter or son they are not being able to take care of both of them equally , partiality takes , one gets more attention and the later feels ignored , there are some parents who can see the prosperity of one child and cannot see the prosperity of  other child .there are loads of differences in different family , whereas in upper families , people living are different , they are very much liberal , and there are some families , where child doesn't like their home because differences are made between boy and girls , boys are given more preference than girls .
There are certain situation where a child doesn't enjoy their family life because they always see their parents fighting , beating , the they get divorced live separate life .

Thus making of comparison with other family is wrong , and even thinking that other family is good  and our bad is a wrong concept , where that actual fact is every family has same problem , all the vulgar slang's are used for children  and elders in  all the family so its no use of thinking about the vulgar  slang . there are some people you cant change , but you have t keep control on your emotions , and to thinking  about he worst situation continuously and move forward in life , keep your mind happy , don't brood over what has happened , and either you get used to family situation or be independent , get more involved in work make yourself busy  and speak less in home .

IMAGINATION , KINDS OF IMAGINATION
Imagination is a gift given to everyone , but how to utilize your intimation is important  factor .everyone starts imagining something or other from their childhood. Imagination differs from person to person from situation to situation. when we where small we used to imagine a sky, tree , a human in different forms .our imagination makes us compare a human similar  to a cartoon  character , a hero , an animal , so on and so forth . Imagination can even lead to big invention like when we grow up , we imagine to design something big , like the owner of apple , Microsoft ( Steve jobs and bill gates ) had imagined to build something new though he did not have any knowledge  about it , but his imagination has made the thing large  and even the founder of Facebook mark Zucker Berg had imagined  something new  which was a different ideas , imagination of a person can grow up to any level .these imagination are positive imagination .some people they dream to become an actor , hero so they imagine every second like they imagine of moving up the stage taking award , , people praising and clapping , he is gaining fame , getting g down of Audi , people crowding him / her wanting for autograph , walking on the red carpet , some people they imagine of going out for a date with some actor , some imagine of going to moon looking down to the world from there .
Some people they imagine things which are very uncertain like you think that if  you propose a person then the ultimate answer he / she will  give is for sure known to u ,what your friends and others are thinning about you and u are drawing out conclusion out of it ,  thus imagining about the action , the nature of person is very uncertain in life  eg : if u had a fight with your friend , u go back home and think that tommorow for sure she will come to me and speak to me but when in reality u face the next day , it turns out to be opposite of  what yo thought , thus its better to sop imagining such things and give rs to your mind .
Most often times it has been seen that  student  see adult videos in YouTube  and they imagine those kinds of scenes  which leads to spoilage of their mind  as well as lack of thinking  properly  and misusing your imagination capability .
when a person becomes angry or when they r in the aggressiveness mood they imagine about all  negative activities like some  child's and adults they think about killing a person , uses slang language about parents and imagine how could it would be if they where not here then he  child could enjoy their life the way they want  and naturally they become furious in nature , some gets int bad habits and they  start thinking some kind of purverte things .
well when a child grows up their hormones react, they nature changes , their way of thinking changes , the term called schopophilia comes into play ( a pleasure of watching other person as an object of sex ) and thus their eager to know more about human body increases  and thus they start watching videos in YouTube and react consequently , the point is to ell that its  not wrong in watching them  but the face is to control your emotions , have self control and control in your mind or else you will fall into a wrong track ,you  get negative vibes .
The best way t get rid of this negative vibes is through meditation , it is the best tool for controlling your anger , gaining self control ,  refreshes your mind , gives you positive energy , gives your brain peace , welcomes good thoughts in mind  and thus it will help you to utilize your imagination  in correct place and for the right purpose .
IF your imagination is put in aright place then it will give you mental peace  and success , if applied in wrong way then it will take you to hell make you insane  and destroy your thinking capacity .
